Certificate Program

Certificate in Information Technology

A six-month certificate in practical information technology for work and business - devices and digital literacy, Microsoft 365, online presence, digital marketing, cybersecurity, ERP, digital payments, and AI.

Program Overview

Trained for the technology work and business now run on.

Every organisation now runs on technology - documents, email, payments, marketing, and increasingly AI - yet most people are never formally trained in any of it. Across six months, the Certificate in Information Technology takes scholars from computer fundamentals and digital literacy through the working tools of modern business: Microsoft 365 and Outlook, project management, websites and social media, digital marketing, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and digital payments.

Each module is taught hands-on by a working practitioner - scholars learn by building and operating, not by watching. The program concludes with a supervised final project applied to a real working context, which forms the basis of the final individual assessment.
